through the cracks of the year past

Today I listened to new releases from Cloud Nothings, Pop. 1280 and Schoolboy Q.  Today I became excited for new music in the coming year.  But before I turn my back on 2011 and look forward to what’s coming, I’d like to recommend a few albums that fell through the cracks between playlists in 2011.  This list is pretty diverse.  The only thing these albums have in common is that they have enjoyed universal acclaim and I didn’t get a chance to appreciate them until the year had come to a close.  Once again I am heading out the door to catch a flight (as has become my life lately), so I’m just going to let the music do the talking for me.  Come February, my jetsetting should slow to a manageable pace and I’ll have more time to share music with ya’ll.  Thanks again for following along…
